The setting is the Antonine Wall. The Labrador Security Co. carry out a re-enactment of a very old security problem. (the very colourblind) Miss Pink takes the part of the Roman Legions in repelling the troublesome Picts played by Miss Blonde

They may decide to provide a daily sailing up the ditch from the Forth and Clyde Canal. 😀
Another 18 months and they may be able to apply for the position for real.
But this time they will be gainfully employed in keeping the hordes of southern hillwalkers away from “the promised land” once we regain our F-R-E-E-D-O-M, MrP. Of course some will be let through as long as they are prepared to stay in overpriced hotels as opposed to the (non-contributary) sleeping rough. 😆

Very “Horrible Histories” indeed! Did you know that the Romans dug a big ditch on the north side of the turf wall (see photo) in the hope that the Picts might elect to have a wash before engaging in hand to hand combat. 😉
